今年5月初向QRPLABS訂購了QRPLABS 5W DIGITAL TRANSCEIVER KIT

(因疫情及全球貨物運輸問題,預定7月某日發貨).

8月初終於到送到我的手中了.這是我第一個純DIGITAL QRP設備(80/40/30/20M),

和以前DIY建置的QRPLABS 5W CW TRANSCEIVER KIT一樣,必須自行DIY焊接

組裝及繞線圈以及少部分的電容/電感/LED/各式接頭...等等.

這塊QDX板子本身很多是SMT規格晶片及零件,出貨時已經預先焊接好了,

所以這塊板子最主要是要繞線圈.組裝前必須依網站下載的說明書,說明書有分

硬體安裝及軟體操作兩部分,建議要先閱讀說明書再慢慢動手DIY製作,這樣一定可以DIY成功.

硬體部分要先檢查說明書內BOM表上所有的材料數量,這些材料規格都是一般常見的插件式

電阻電容及二極體...等(SMT規格的晶片及零件出廠時已安裝好),所以算是很好焊接的電子零組件,

電源是可選擇9V/12V DC(一開始就要確認您要何種電壓,使用T1繞製3:3=9V/3:2=12V),確認

完材料規格數量正確無誤之後,隨之後開始焊接,因為時間有限,無法一次將她焊接完成,於是

共分了4次工作時間(硬體繞線圈/焊接/軟體設定及WSJT-X VER.2.0.1版本測試),大約共8個小時

左右,完成了初步硬體部分的焊接及除錯確認,軟體部分確認QDX USB DRIVER及QDX AUDIO

DRIVER以及WSJT設定後,開始實際上線測試.

QRPLABS是一個實驗室KIT套件廠家,一個產品在開發過程中,軟硬體會陸續改進,會有很多版本,

我的這一版PCB是Rev 3a版本,改進了Rev 3及之前的版本,但是這一版PCB在佈局發生了一個小

插曲,C41電容有一側與接地短路,必須用小刀將短路切開,雖這個問題很簡單可以處理,但還是注意一下!

詳細QDX建置需要看完整說明書,下面就只簡單紀錄一下QRPLABS 5W DIGITAL TRANSCEIVER KIT DIY......!!

BX2AK/QRP 5W 呼叫F5SJF沒成功,卻被F4BHK呼叫,之後與F4BHK完成使用QDX 20M通EU的第一個FT8 QSO

The "QDX" (QRP Labs Digital Xcvr): a feature-packed, high performance, four-band (80, 40, 30, 20m) 5W Digi-modes transceiver kit, including embedded SDR receiver, 24-bit 48 ksps USB sound card, CAT control, synthesized VFO with TCXO reference. QDX transmits a SINGLE SIGNAL, it is not an SSB modulator with associated unwanted sideband and residual carrier, or intermodulation due to amplifier non-linearity. QDX outputs a pure single signal. 

QDX is suitable only for single tone FSK modes, which covers the majority of digital modes in use today. This includes everything in WSJT-X, JS8Call, some fldigi modes e.g. RTTY, Olivia and more. QDX is not suitable for on/off keyed modes such as CW because it does not have click-reducing RF envelope shaping; furthermore it is not suitable for phase shift keyed modes such as PSK31 or modes involving multiple concurrent tones such as WinLink,

The Optional enclosure is black anodized extruded aluminium, very sturdy and elegant. The enclosure size is 89 x 63 x 25mm without protrusions. The front and rear panels are drilled and cut to match the QDX PCB with laser-etched lettering. The enclosure includes four self-adhesive feet.
